Problems With a Treatment?

The Centre for Mental Health has begun to collect information about problems with treatments. We plan to use this information as an early warning system to ensure that worrying trends are quickly identified and addressed without panic. If you would like to report a concern please email us.

If you are experiencing any problems with an intervention, be it a medicine or another form of therapy, it is important to report it to the proper authority. If you are a patient this would be your physician in the first instance. The Medicines and Healthcare Product Regulatory Authority (MHRA) operate a Yellowcard report system for adverse reactions medicines, which can be used by both patients and healthcare professionals.
